These earring are made with a pair of Cnut coins. The findings are silver and the coins are made of coin silver.
The Cnut coin is struck in house on coin silver. The dies used to make these coins were handmade for our shop. The legend says CNUT REX A, the reverse says CETEL ON EOFRIP (Ketel at York). The helm series of Cnut's coins are considered early to mid-reign. Ketel being one of several Moneyers employed in York.
These are made to order and can take two weeks to ship depending on supplies on hand. We will ship as soon as production is complete.
