These annular brooches are made from hand struck reproduction coins. The coin center is then punched out and the outer rim becomes the brooch. The small ones are about the size of a penny and are made from a reproduction of the Cnut Penny or "Sitric Silkbeard" Penny.
These can be made from fine silver or copper and the pin is made of a matching metal; sterling silver or copper.
